    This client had implemented Geneos in an organic and federated way. Whilst it provided value, they lacked the ability to form a joined up picture front to back across multiple monitoring gateways.

    AI designed a new architecture to centralise elements of the monitoring databases, whilst providing a high performing API to connect the Geneos databases to a central store for trending and predictive purposes
